Chuck is Chairman of Argo’s Board of Advisors and has an extensive career in senior corporate management and management consulting. He helped build Weston Group into a premier business strategy consulting firm counting several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies as clients. After selling Weston Group to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), he held a series of positions at CSC including Senior Partner and Executive in Charge CSC’s Growth Strategy Practice, Executive in Charge of Global Client Relationships and Chairman of CSC’s Advisory Board. Chuck also has served as Vice President of a $700M division of RJR/Nabisco, responsible for top line revenue.
Most recently, Chuck has been ‘actively’ retired, serving on company and non-profit boards, advising and coaching CEOs, and making private equity investments.
Chuck holds a BS degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University.
CLOSE Bryan has over 30 years global experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as President, Drilling Tools and Remedial President, Drilling and Evaluation at Schlumberger. Other positions included Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, VP Western Hemisphere Operations and Sales and Operations Management at Smith International, Inc. He is currently a co-owner of the 4D Guest Ranch, LLC in Texas. Bryan has a BBA in Business Engineering from Texas A&I University.
Mr. Crosbie is a transportation and security expert with more than 30 years of experience in transportation management, infrastructure protection, cyber security, operations, engineering, and maintenance. His diverse management and technical experience includes strategic business development as well as cyber security and infrastructure security protection programs. He has a Masters degree in Security Studies from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and an Electrical Engineering degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
As former President and CEO of SYSTRA USA, Mr. Crosbie was responsible for leading day to day operations as well as strategic development of the firm. Before joining SYSTRA, he served as a Vice President and Sector Manager for an engineering services firm and was responsible for the acquisition integration and commercial development of leading edge cyber security products and services in the rail and transit industry. Mr. Crosbie also served for 8 years as Amtrak’s Chief Operating Officer directing the transportation, engineering (infrastructure), mechanical (rolling stock), police and security, environmental, health, and safety functions.
Mr. Crosbie’s thesis on Public – Private Sector Intelligence and Terrorism Information Sharing won the Outstanding Thesis Award for his graduating class. He is regularly consulted on this research as well as other security topics.
CLOSE Major General Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers. He has served in a variety of assignments in Infantry and Armored Divisions in the United States and Germany and has commanded at the company, battalion, and brigade levels. General Scott has received 14 military decorations including the Army Distinguished Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster. After retiring from the military, General Scott held positions as Vice President, ITT Defense and President, ITT Defense International. He currently serves as the President and CEO of The George and Carol Omsted Foundation. In addition to his BS from West Point, General Scott is an Olmsted Scholar and received a Master of International Business Relations equivalent from the Universitaet Freiburg, FRG. He also holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.
CLOSE Randy retired from The Dow Chemical Company in 2010, after a 37-year career, with extensive experience in M&A due diligence, acquisition integration and divestitures. He was the Executive Chair for the Conference Board's Committee on M&A. He also led the Program Management Office (PMO) for the acquisitions of Rohm and Haas and Union Carbide as well as the divestiture of DowBrands to S.C. Johnson. Randy additionally held executive positions responsible for global re-engineering efforts for the manufacturing function and held various plant management positions throughout his career. Randy holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
CLOSE Chris has over 34 years of global experience in the oil and gas industry within ExxonMobil and its affiliates. During that time, Chris held senior executive positions in refining, the midstream, engineering and other Downstream roles. Chris has significant experience in formulating and executing long-term strategies, business restructuring activities, mergers and acquistions, supply chain management, and negotiations. He was also responsible for operations and project execution for multi billion dollar facilities and capital projects. He brings with him a wealth of experience in relationships with unions, successful government advocacy, boards of industry groups, supplier interactions, and in engaging academia. Throughout his career at ExxonMobil, he developed a breadth of international experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Chris holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
Jonathon is an experienced senior financial executive with a track record of strategic and operational leadership in global businesses. Jonathon is currently EVP and CFO for AIP Aerospace, a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners. He has previously served as EVP and CFO for Dayco LLC, CFO for GKN PLC - Aerospace North America, and CFO for Gates Worldwide Limited (formerly Tomkins plc). Jonathon holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, along with ACMA, CPA, and CGMA (joint qualification between AICPA and CIMA) certifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (UK body), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Joseph is mining executive with 40 years of extensive international and operational experience in numerous minerals. Joseph is a retired Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Cliffs Natural Resources Inc, formerly Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Diavik Diamon Mines, Inc. Joseph also serves on the Board of Newmont Mining Corporation, TimkenSteel Corporation, and Aecon Group. Joseph holds an MBA from Frostburg State University and BA in Geology and Earth Science from Capital University.
John retired as CSX Chief Mechanical Officer – Engineering and Strategy. Employed with CSX for nearly 34 years, he held a number of positions in the areas of Enterprise Asset Management, Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Planning, Terminal Management, Rail Car Management, Operations Planning, Economic Analysis, Operations Planning, and Budget Planning/Reporting. John led creation of Corporate Asset Management Strategy and drove transformations toward creating an asset management culture to improve reliability, utilization, and unit cost through adoption of Lean, Industrial Engineering, and Center of Excellence programs. Originally from Montana, John holds degrees in Management and Marketing, and an MBA with post-graduate work in Transportation. For the last seven years, he has been an international quality judge and routinely speaks or writes on the subjects of continuous improvement, change, asset management, predicative analytics/IOT, and reliability.
CLOSE Jim retired from DuPont in 2008 as Chief Engineer and Vice President of Engineering and Operations. He draws on over 40 years of hands-on experience to help clients make significant, sustainable improvements in workplace safety, process safety management, capital project execution and operations productivity. He is skilled in formulating complex strategy and in leading rapid implementation. Jim holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is an AIChE Fellow and a member of the National Academy of Construction.
CLOSE Reporting to the CEO, Bill was a past senior vice president of Solomon Associates, a world-wide operations engineering oil and gas cost benchmarking consulting group. His focus was to champion long term outlooks, primarily in North America. His experiences cover the fundamentals of the entire energy spectrum from production, transportation, and storage, through to end markets for several energy products, oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and electricity for a wide array of clients. Bill presented his professional energy opinions at over 100 industry conferences in 9 countries. Further, Bill has written numerous professional trade journal articles and is quoted in hundreds of locations such as newsprint, journals, websites, television, and radio as an energy authority. In addition to his BSc (Eng.) degree from the University of Calgary (1979), he holds a separate diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1976.
