Chuck is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of experience in chemical processing, energy and the natural resources industries. During that time has been advising and working with global clients to restructure and transform business operations, improve productivity and EBITDA. Chuck is ARGO-EFESO’s Global Practice Leader with full P&L responsibility for the Chemical Process & Resources vertical. In prior roles as SVP, he led large consulting and services organizations focused on operations improvement. He has worked closely with senior executives and served as the client executive for the DuPont account leading a team of 1500 professionals. His relentless focus on Operational Excellence coupled with his strong background in strategy, operations, engineering, restructuring and technology positions him as both a practitioner and thought leader in the industry. Chuck is a widely recognized expert and has authored several publications in industry journals and has chaired and spoke at Industry Conferences on Operational Excellence. He is the author of the Best Run Operations Playbook the leading journal on world class operations. Chuck was previously an ARGO-EFESO Board Member.
