CJ Renegar / Partner, Oil & Gas and Energy
Clayton (CJ) Renegar is a Senior Vice President & Partner at EFESO Management Consultants, with a proven track record of helping clients create create competitive and sustainable results for their stakeholders. With over 30 years of management consulting experience, CJ is a trusted advisor to leading clients in the chemical, oil and gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Over the last decade, CJ has led more than 35 consulting projects in the process industries, resulting in $700 million in bottom-line savings for companies.
Together with clients and other consultants, CJ has developed innovative solutions using Lean Thinking and Digital technology that provide clients with a competitive advantage in the areas of maintenance, reliability, turnarounds, capital projects, construction, operations, contractor optimization, transportation, and supply chain.
Before joining EFESO, CJ he created several continuous improvement programs in the insurance, transportation, and distribution industries. In addition, he developed a high performing team of internal consultants for BNSF Railroad that implemented significant improvements across all departments. Prior to his consulting career, CJ served six years in the United States Navy, stationed overseas in Italy and Japan.
CJ holds an MBA in Operations and Statistics from the University of Tennessee, a B.S. in International Supply Chain from the University of Tennessee, and an A.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
